Common mistake


What are the most common customer service mistakes?
- Not listen to the customer service people beyond basic familiarization unlike sales people
- Confusing customer service with selling
- believing you’re the customer
The main difference is usually expertise the customer service rep who’s sold the products for year knows a lot more about the function and benefits than the customer ease of use if less important for an expert and you can certainly appreciate smaller difference products than the average customer

What would to improve
- Training staff I was on the wrong customer and the customer care of the problem it was resolved quickly
- determine what is valuable to compensate customer in the event
- Implementation service to customer
In our life when you find a problem while using our services often tend to get came is from employee “ I do not know you” “Excuse me” the present is the only apology is not enough the delivery service is not exactly correct or mistake it affects both the cost and the emotion to solve the problem of non-customer but apologized I smiled and then I go to client it happen as a result it is difficult  I said this is not solve the problem for the customer
