products for year knows a lot more about the function and benefits than the
customer ease of use if less important for an expert and you can certainly
appreciate smaller difference products than the average customer

- Training staff I was on the wrong customer

In our life when you find a problem while
using our services often tend to get came is from employee “ I do not know you”
“Excuse me” the present is the only apology is not enough the delivery service
is not exactly correct or mistake it affects both the cost and the emotion to
solve the problem of non-customer but apologized I smiled and then I go to
client it happen as a result it is difficult
